Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce are reportedly taking their love story to Madison Square Garden.
The singer and the Kansas City Chiefs star, both 36, announced their engagement in August 2025 after two years of dating.
The couple is reportedly set to tie the knot in New York City over the July 4 weekend.
Now, Page Six has reported that Swift and Kelce will hold their wedding at the city’s world famous arena.
“Everyone’s been sworn to secrecy,” once source told the outlet.
*The Independent* has contacted Madison Square Garden for comment.
Located in Midtown Manhattan above Penn Station, Madison Square Garden has multiple entrances and exits, which could be a reason why the high-profile couple reportedly chose the venue.
A source told Page Six that “privacy was of number one importance to them both.”
The source also suggested that guests would be taken to the arena on blacked-out buses to ensure privacy.
Currently, the venue has no planned performances or sporting events between June 29 and July 6.
The venue can hold up to 22,000 people for concerts and around 18,000 for sports games.
Swift has performed at the arena — which, in addition to being a concert venue, is home to the New York Knicks and New York Rangers — eight times, including four appearances at the Z100 Jingle Ball.
Speculation around their wedding continues to make headlines.
A report from Page Six published earlier this week suggested that Swift hasn’t invited two of her good friends, model Keleigh Sperry and her actor husband, Miles Teller.
Another source claimed that the pair grew apart due to lifestyle differences, but it isn’t clear what those were.
*The Independent* has contacted representatives for Swift and Sperry for comment.
Sperry and Swift have been friends for more than a decade, with the model attending the Grammy-winner’s 1989 tour in 2015.
Sperry also went to Swift’s Reputation tour in 2018 with Teller.
Both Sperry and Teller appeared in Swift’s 2021 music video for “I Bet You Think About Me,” a track from the Red album re-recording.
In the video, Swift crashes an all-white wedding ceremony and reception, with Sperry and Teller portraying the bride and groom.
When Swift started dating Kelce in 2023, Sperry frequently accompanied her to his Chiefs games.
The friends’ last public outing appears to be the 2024 Super Bowl, which the Chiefs won.
