A 34-year-old woman was stabbed to death in her Queens apartment early Tuesday — and her husband, who investigators believe killed her, was found hours later hanged inside a nearby park, police said.
The couple's child, a boy believed to be about 11 months old, was found unharmed in the apartment with his dead mother.

Cops responding to a 12:24 a.m. 911 call for an assault found Mary Kate Golding dead with a knife sticking out of her back inside her basement apartment on 41st St. near 19th Ave. in Astoria.
Her baby was not hurt, with neighbors saying her parents showed up and were able to take him home while her 33-year-old husband, Joseph Azzaretto, was quickly identified by police as a person of interest.
Video viewed by the Daily News shows Azzaretto outside the apartment building, talking on his cell phone before getting into a car and driving off.
About six hours later, he was found hanged in an apparent suicide two miles away in Astoria Park near Astoria Park South and Shore Blvd.

Cops have never been called to the apartment before, police said, though neighbors said that since the couple moved there about two months ago Azzaretto had developed a reputation as a hothead who argued over parking spaces and with neighbors who blocked his driveway.
He posted signs claiming the spots there for himself shortly after he and his family moved in.
“From day one, he was hostile to his neighbors,” said one 36-year-old neighbor, who wished not to be named.
“But then I talked to him and saw his kid, and then he was always with the baby.”
“We saw no signs of this,” the neighbor said.
“We never expected anything like this.”
Neighbors said the couple worked in the film industry.
Golding was a set director and set dresser who worked on the Jennifer Lopez 2022 rom-com “Marry Me,” “The Big Sick,” and “The Marvelous Mrs.
Maisel.”
