The United States and Iran have digitally signed a memo of understanding aimed at ending the war and allowing the details of the plan, which have not been released, to be negotiated.

But Pezeshkian also noted that a “final agreement has yet to take shape.” 
Vice President JD Vance said this morning that the Strait of Hormuz will be toll free. 
Iran has blocked the strait, a key oil transfer hub, for most vessels and charged tolls for transit through the waterway. 
The closure has created a global economic crisis as oil and gas prices peak. 
Trump is attending the Group of 7 summit today in France, where the preliminary deal will be a major part of the discussions among the member countries, including the U.S., Canada, Japan and European allies.
