A pedestrian was killed in a suspected DUI crash early Wednesday morning near the Las Vegas Strip, according to police.
The Metropolitan Police Department said the crash occurred at about 3:17 a.m. at Sammy Davis Jr. and Resorts World drives.
The pedestrian was transported to a local hospital, where they were pronounced dead.
“Officers on scene have a driver detained for impairment investigation,” police stated.
