CASPER, Wyo. — Among the items before the Casper City Council at its Tuesday meeting will be a contract with Natrona County to extend certain Casper Area Transit services beyond city limits.
The meeting is scheduled for 6 p.m. at Casper City Hall, 200 N.

The agreement, which runs through June 30, 2027, would extend Casper Area Transit's by-demand ASSIST service to other parts of the county, including Mills and Evansville.
Other agenda items include an urban renewal plan that would help facilitate the incoming Hilton-branded hotel into Casper, drainage work along the North Platte River and repairs at Hogadon Area Ski Basin.
Also on the agenda, councilors will vote to approve the final site plans for the upcoming expansion of the Casper Ice Arena.
Contracts for municipal equipment and upgrades — including one for a new chiller at City Hall and an agreement for new Casper Fire-EMS uniforms — are slated to be considered as well.
Two liquor license requests will go before the council, with public hearings to precede a vote.
