A man was shot in Downtown Crossing Thursday night, Boston police said Friday.
Officers responded to 141 Tremont St. around 10:23 p.m. to investigate a report of gunfire in the area.
“Upon arrival, officers located a male victim suffering from an apparent non-life-threatening gunshot wound,” police wrote in a statement.
The victim was taken to a local hospital for treatment, police said.
The investigation is ongoing.
