The Coast Guard says the seaplane carrying 10 passengers and a pilot from Seattle to Roche Harbor, Washington had to make an emergency landing.
Witnesses in the area recorded the plane as it came in.

One passenger is in critical condition.
While the cause of the crash is still under investigation, Kenmore Air, which operates the plane, says there was a weather system in the area at the time and the pilot adjusted the flight path due to that weather.
