Herrara was wearing blue jeans, a button-up shirt, black shoes and a red and black checkered winter hat.
He is 5'10" and weighs about 160 pounds with brown, shoulder length hair and brown eyes.
Police said it is highly likely Herrera is still in the Stoughton area and on foot.
