After Titanic, she starred in 1999's True Crime (1999), then was in House of Sand and Fog (2003), Laws of Attraction (2004), The Kingdom (2007), In the Valley of Elah (2007) and Jolene (2008). 
In 2011, she had a starring role in the drama The Lincoln Lawyer with Matthew McConaughey and Marisa Tomei about a charismatic defense attorney who does business out of his Lincoln Continental sedan. 
And then she was seen in the 2013 sci-fi romance The Host, opposite Diane Kruger. 
From 2014 to 2015, Fisher starred in the ABC drama series Resurrection. 
In 2019, she starred in the HBO television series Watchmen, a sequel to the graphic novel of the same title. 
And she has an accomplished theatrical career. 
She became involved with the Actors Studio and has appeared in Arthur Miller's last play, Finishing the Picture, in Chicago, and in a 2006 production of The Cherry Orchard in Los Angeles.

He also did comedy with Everybody Which Way But Loose (1978) and its action comedy sequel Any Which Way You Can (1980).

Eastwood's longtime partner, Christina Sandera, died on July 18, 2024, at the age of 61. 
Her official cause of death was cardiac arrhythmia (irregular heartbeat) with atherosclerotic coronary artery disease listed as a contributing factor. 
The couple had been together since 2014 after meeting at Eastwood's Mission Ranch Hotel and Restaurant in Carmel-by-the-Sea, California. 
Following her death, Eastwood released a statement calling her a 'lovely, caring woman.'
