Bodies of 2 paddleboarders who fell into B.C. lake have been recovered, RCMP say 5%

Squamish RCMP say they have recovered the bodies of two paddleboarders who fell into Browning Lake, in B.C.'s Sea-to-Sky region, over the weekend. 
The victims have since been identified by family as recently-married couple Genesis Jeru Bague and Mariz Bello, who were originally from the Philippines. 
Police say they first received reports the paddleboarders fell into the lake around 3 p.m. 
PT on Saturday at Browning Lake, which is within Murrin Provincial Park. 
A number of agencies  including Squamish Search and Rescue and RCMP helicopters  took part in the search. 
On Tuesday, RCMP divers found the bodies of the two paddleboarders, and they were subsequently recovered, police said. 
Genesis Hanzel Bague, the brother of Genesis Jeru Bague, previously told CBC News his brother was hoping to become a police officer in B.C. 
He said the couple enjoyed being outdoors, hiking and camping  and that he was sharing their story so that their friends and family could learn their deaths came due to an accident.
