No.
A 2021 law requires boards for school districts and charter schools in Nevada to provide menstrual products at no cost to pupils in the bathrooms of each of their middle school or high school campuses.
The law didn't specify whether the products should be available in boys and girls bathrooms.
The Clark County School District said in a July 31 email it has menstrual product dispensers in girls' rooms, girls' locker rooms and near gender-neutral, single-stall restrooms throughout its middle and high school campuses.
In a 2025 report, the Washoe County School District said dispensers were typically installed in restrooms located in the girl's locker room and near the multipurpose room, library and/or cafeteria, ensuring access throughout school campuses.
Students may also obtain menstrual products from school nurses and physical education teachers at their schools.
