Ricki Lake has shared dramatic before-and-after photos of her facelift.
The 57-year-old underwent the plastic surgery procedure in 2024 and marked the two-year anniversary with an Instagram update showing off her results.
The Hairspray star shared a series of snapshots in the doctor's office, as well as selfies she had taken after healing from the procedure.
The new images come just months after she admitted her facelift was an 'impulsive' decision after her 40-pound weight loss.
Alongside the photos, she wrote in her caption: 'Happy 2 year anniversary to me.
Yes, 2 years ago today, I had a face lift.
'Specifically, for those wondering, I had a deep plane lower face and neck lift along with a mild co2 laser,' she continued.
She also revealed her 'incredibly talented and kind' surgeon was Beverly Hills-based Dr.
Allen Foulad.
She said Foulad 'made the experience a wonderful one and my results have been remarkable, natural and long-lasting.'
Lake also opened up about how she sought out her surgeon after she lost weight and wanted to tighten up the 'extra skin.'
'Back in 2023, I had lost 40 lbs over the course of a year, and did not like the extra skin that hung from below my chin,' she explained in her caption.
'It was never going to tighten up by itself,' she continued.
'I took a leap of faith and I'm so grateful I did.'
She also praised the increasing transparency from public figures regarding any cosmetic surgeries they may have undergone.
'I am also very glad to see so many people over these past couple of years opening up about their own plastic surgery journeys,' she wrote.
She also highlighted the long-lasting results as she noted that 'the last two pics' she shared 'are recent and without makeup or filter.'
She has been married to her third husband, a lawyer, for four years.
She got engaged to Burningham in early 2021 after dating for about six months and got married in 2022.
Last year, she shared a similar post to celebrate the results of her facelift a year after the procedure.
'One year ago today I did a thing,' she wrote alongside photos of her face and body after losing weight and before getting surgery.
'One year later, I look back on my brave choice and consider it one of the best decisions I ever made for myself,' she continued.
