Selena Gomez's husband Benny Blanco debuted a wild new haircut on Thursday. 
The music producer, 38, appeared alongside his close friend and rapper Lil Dicky, 38, in the latest episode of Complex's YouTube show GOAT Talk. 
And viewers quickly noticed that Blanco was missing half of his signature curly brown hair. 
He shaved the entire left side of his head, while leaving the hair on the right side completely intact. 
Blanco did not acknowledge his appearance as he and Lil Dicky revealed their choices for 'greatest of all time' in TV, music and film. 
But fans had plenty to say about Blanco's bizarre buzzed look, with many left feeling 'so bad' for Gomez. 
One commenter under Complex's video jokingly wondered if Blanco 'lost a bet.' 
However, some fans weren't convinced the haircut was real as they speculated that Blanco may have been wearing a 'bald cap.' 
Blanco's shock transformation comes just over a week after he let Friends icon Jennifer Aniston give him an unexpected hair makeover. 
Both Blanco and Gomez, 33, appeared alongside Aniston in a new ad for her haircare company LolaVie, which she launched in 2021. 
In the clip, shared to Aniston's Instagram last Tuesday, Blanco arrived to her home uninvited, as the star told the camera, 'say I'm not here.' 
After he finally made his way inside, Brad Pitt's ex wife reluctantly agreed to take a look at his curls - but was left horrified as she ran her hands through his hair. 
They bumped into Gomez, who asked her husband, 'What are you doing here?' 
before telling Aniston she brought her some gifts from her own brand, Rare Beauty. 
After thanking her, Aniston began styling Blanco's hair, and quipped that she was relieved to find 'no creatures' living in his tight curls. 
Aniston complimented his voluminous hair, stating: 'Wow, God giveth, huh? 
The actress then attempted to give Blanco a low pony, which he said he never tried before. 
She then added a bit of LolaVie Glossing Detangler to his hair, before starting to brush her own, as an incredulous Blanco asked, 'are you just done with mine?' 
He then praised her for making his hair feel the 'softest it's ever felt.' 
'Who did you see that made you want to come and do this today?' 
she asked, to which Blanco said it was her Horrible Bosses co-star Jason Bateman. 
Aniston had previously done similar ads with Bateman, her Friends co-star Courteney Cox and boyfriend Jim Curtis. 
Following his mini makeover, Blanco was seen trying on Aniston's Jimmy Choo heels as Gomez rummaged through her closet. 
After taking things from her closet the couple gave her a small bag of Rare Beauty products in exchange. 
'Bye, love you!' 
Gomez called out to her as Aniston told the camera that the interaction was 'so weird' but the gift was 'so sweet.' 
'To pony or not to pony… that is the question,' Aniston wrote in her caption, in reference to the low ponytail she tried to give Blanco. 
The new clip thrilled Aniston's friends and fans, with Sandra Bullock volunteering to have a hair makeover as well as she wrote, 'Me next' in the comments. 
Meanwhile Blanco wrote, 'my hair has never felt better' before playfully adding, 'i’m moving in.' 
Days after the ad went live, Gomez provided fans with a wild glimpse into her happy married life with Blanco, who she tied the knot with in September 2025. 
She posted a series of throwback photos from her romance with Blanco, 38, which included a shot of the hitmaker nuzzling her cleavage in the middle of a crowded restaurant. 
In the image, Blanco kissed Gomez's left breast as she giggled. 
The former Disney star's chest was fairly exposed thanks to a plunging black top that left little to the imagination. 
'I fall more and more in love with you every day,' Blanco gushed in the comments. 
He added, 'Time stands still when I'm in your arms.' 
Fans of the couple were stunned, with one commenting, 'Doing that in public is CRAZY.' 
Another joked, 'He kisses her chest and she kisses his feet. 
Not a fair trade.'
