Dozens of people were injured after a bus crashed into a building in Baltimore County on Wednesday, according to Maryland authorities.
Over 30 patients were initially reported, including one in critical condition, after the incident in Pikesville, the Baltimore County Fire Department said.
Officials later confirmed 28 patients, after declaring a second alarm mass casualty incident around 6 p.m. and requesting a shock trauma team and medevac helicopter for emergency response.
Fifteen ambulances arrived at the scene as well.
