Fans of the TV show “Parks and Recreation” are familiar with the ill-fated miniature horse, Li’l Sebastian.
Well, Chesterfield now has its own tiny equine celebrity, and it was roaming the streets Wednesday afternoon.

Wednesday, the Chesterfield County Animal Services Facebook page posted about a lost miniature horse trotting around Elkhardt Road and Parkway Lane. It has since been captured, but its owner and origin are still unknown.
The post asked users to provide any helpful information.
The comments are a mix of pointers, including the locations of nearby farms, as well as compliments, with some dubbing the lost pony “chunky baby.”
This has been a breaking news update.
